Alcohol, Tobacco and Car Fuel

Alcohol, tobacco and car fuel in Russia are subject to two separate taxes: excise duties, which are a fixed number of roubles per unit (000s of cigarettes, litres of vodka, and so on); and Value Added Tax (VAT), levied as a proportion of the cost of production (including excise duty). Both can be changed here.
